When you use The Architectural League newsletter sign-up form on our website we indefinitely retain your full name and email address in our email provider Mailchimp and our internally accessed Salesforce-enabled CRM software, PatronManager. We use your data to send you email communication including news, event announcements, membership updates and renewal alerts, and insights. Any personal data we hold is protected, among other methodologies, by using Salesforce’s advanced technology for Internet security including Transport Layer Security (TLS) that protects your information using both server authentication and Classic Encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in our organization. We will never share the personal data you have provided with another organization without your consent.

Our website uses Google Analytics software which employs cookies to track your anonymous movements around our website. We do this in order to understand how visitors interact with our website.
